Customer Service Advisor :
This is an entry-level position within Pep Boys. It's full-time, so you are guaranteed 40 hours per week. We offer an hourly rate of pay negotiable per experience, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Furthermore, Pep Boys will pay for ASE certifications and training.
We are a busy shop, and we are looking for a CSA who is able to help us provide a quality experience for our customers. Contribute to the growth of the organization across all lines of business through customer engagement, expert product and service knowledge, follow-up, and follow through at the service desk, on the sales floor, and at the register. We are looking for a CSA to help us create an environment of success!
Customer Service Advisor Benefits & Perks:

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
Valid Driver's License.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of Background and Drug tests.
Ability to work Days, Nights, Holidays and Weekends.
Customer Service Advisor Qualifications:

Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, & engine diagnostics.
