  • Responsible for installing and maintaining hardware and software, by providing necessary support to all end users.

  • Understand and support the IT Staff by troubleshooting end user problems as related to Windows XP/7/10, Exchange, LAN/WAN, Cisco, and Terminal Server.

  • Secures documentation of files by performing and validating nightly backups and completing backup register daily.

  • Acts as a liaison between end user, and the IT Staff and product development teams to ensure that high impact problems are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Communicate accurate & useful status updates.

  • Manage and report time spend on all work activities.

  • Follow quality standards.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Complete assigned tasks.

  • Contribute to team effort by maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.

Physical Limitations:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Education Required:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in computer information systems/computer science related field; a 2-year technical degree in a computer science curriculum; or equivalent experience.
