PDS TECH INC. is seeking Administrative Assistant 3 located in Issaquah, WA.
This position provides Administrative support for the scheduling and payment of scan models and record keeping of all internal human scanning conducted at the Issaquah WA Ultrasound facility.
This position is critical to maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements for protection of human subjects.
Organizes and maintains office supplies/files. Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, and equipment; answers telephone calls, takes messages, responds to questions, and direct callers to appropriate parties, as necessary; sorts and distributes mail, fax, make copies, files.
Prepares, composes, and edits complex memos, documents and other correspondence.
Prepares presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other documents.
Maintains database information.
Serve as Clinical Scanning Administrator for the Issaquah site, and as back-up Clinical Scanning Administrator for Mountain View and Plymouth Meeting sites.
Maintain database of scan models, schedule models as needed by clinical staff, prepare documentation package related to scanning session, provide timely quality assurance checks of completed exam documentation, and arrange for payment of models upon scanning session completion.
Create regular reports related to scanning activities and participate in continuous process improvement activities.
Maintain database of personnel authorized to perform scans and ensure credentials are current. Assist Site Principal Investigator in ensuring error-free compliance with site-specific Live Scanning Protocols. Support Ultrasound Clinical Monitor and Regulatory audits of clinical scanning activities and process compliance.
Assist the clinical team with other logistical tasks related to the live scanning of human subjects including but not limited to transducer cleaning, laundry collection, and escort of models. Requires timely, error-free attention to detail in a dynamic, regulated and audited environment.
